As a former
Nationally ranked triathlete and 2006 Ironman World Championship
finisher, as well as an accomplished equestrian, Charlotte understands
an athlete's needs. She wants to see her clients, whether two legged or
four legged, succeed and to be able to perform their sport to the best
of their ability.
Too often an athlete will ignore an ache or pain and then the body
compensates for this, leading up to a major injury. Charlotte wants to
prevent this from happening.
BODYWORK is a wonderful and
very useful tool in MAXIMIZING an athlete's TRAINING.
When she's not helping her clients to feel and perform better,
Charlotte enjoys spending time with her two horses Annie, a reining-bred
Quarter Horse, and Nick,
an off-the-track Thoroughbred that Charlotte rescued and imported from St Thomas (US Virgin Islands).
Charlotte
stays fit by competing in duathlon and triathlon from sprint to half
Ironman distances. Her next competition will be the Ironman 70.3 at
Buffalo Springs Lake in June 2007.More

Charlotte is assisted by Oliver, a Maine Coon mix cat. He was found
in the middle of a highway, evidently thrown out of a moving
vehicle, so he now accompanies Charlotte in her truck. She laughs,
"more clients ask how Oliver is doing than they do anything else!".
His ability to transform into the "dog-cat" that comes at a whistle
while visiting barns brings laughter to those who witness his
antics. Though he works at horse shows, he also shows in Household
pet and Agility at cat shows.
She shares
her home with five gorgeous and wonderful kitties- Rikki, Oliver,
Christina (Caribbean cats), Quinn and the Bengal Ariel - and a fish
named Fish II.
Charlotte also writes for several publications.
